Hey, Texas! Abilities Expo is coming your way! And, the Cure Nation is excited to be heading to the Lone Star State! Set your calendars for August 4-6 and meet us in the NRG Center (formerly Reliant) in Hall E.
For nearly 40 years, Abilities Expo has been the go-to source for the community of people with disabilities, their families, seniors, veterans and healthcare professionals. The shows, which take place in 8 cities yearly across the U.S. and Canada, are THE place to find all the latest and best technologies, products and services available to the disability community – including Cure Catheters in booth 332!
The opportunity to touch, feel and demo products that are crucial to independence and quality of life is worth the trip in itself, but Abilities Expo has so much more to offer.
Expo attendees enjoy a variety of fun events and informative workshops that will enrich their lives and provide them with valuable resources. Get a schedule here.
One of the best parts about Abilities Expo? Admission is FREE to attendees. Get your pass now.
Abilities Expo attendees can also benefit from a real sense of community – and that’s where the Meet Up Zone comes in!
It’s a family-centric, social area where guests can go to take a load off, get their face painted, snap some pictures and interact with workshop and even presenters.
Meet three Cure Advocates at the Abilities Expo in Houston
Cure Advocate and Holistic Lifestyle Coach Kristina Rhoades will be on hand coordinating the Meet Up Zone with her daughter, Kamryn, who is Abilities Expo’s official Coloring Ambassador. They’ll be happy to take a photo of you at the official “step and repeat” banner, so be sure to stop by and say hi!
Learn more about Kristina here.
Are you a fan of wheelchair motorcross? We’ve got you covered! WCMX Star and Cure Advocate Jerry Diaz will be hanging out at the Cure Medical booth and also leading an Event all about WCMX, where he’ll be demonstrating some of his skills! After his events, meet him in the Meet Up Zone to snap pictures and ask questions!
And last, but certainly not least, keep an eye out for Cure Advocate Julienne Dallara cruising around the show. Julienne works with the expo and is known as the “queen of hospitality for Abilities Expo exhibitors and attendees.” You won’t want to miss a chance to meet this incredible woman and see one of her famous smiles.
